Eucharistic Ministers

This is the Body of Christ.

An important part of the Catholic Mass liturgy is the participation of Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, more commonly called Eucharistic Ministers.  These volunteers aid in distributing the Body and Blood of Christ to the congregation during mass.

Eucharistic Ministers must be commissioned by the Diocese to participate in this ministry.  This requires proper training by our sacristan and submission of the volunteer's name to the Diocese.  Volunteers must be parishioners who have received the sacrament of Confirmation.
