Our children are precious to us.  We strive to protect them from all types of harm and create a safe environment for our youngest parishioners and visitors.  In order to accomplish this, the Catholic Church mandates that all parish employees and volunteers who work directly with children are fingerprinted and background checked and undergo training through a program called Protecting God's Children. 

The three-hour class is held as needed at OLMC, or can be attended at other parishes or online.  Certification will be filed with the Diocese upon completion.  If you need this training, please contact the parish office.
